JUNROS Website Cookie Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-25
This Cookie Policy explains the use of cookies and similar technologies on JUNROS pages on coyoteandpowell.com. Microsoft Clarity is used only on our English landing page at https://coyoteandpowell.com/en/junros/. We do not use Clarity inside the JUNROS mobile app. For other information about our handling of personal information, see the JUNROS Privacy Policy.
1. Website Analytics and Cookie Settings
We use Vercel Web Analytics for general website statistics and Microsoft Clarity on our English landing page to understand how visitors use that page and improve its content and usability.
Clarity is configured with cookies disabled and with both analytics-storage and advertising-storage consent set to denied. This configuration is intended to prevent Clarity from setting first-party or third-party cookies. It does not prevent Clarity from collecting cookieless information about activity on the page.
2. Information Collected and Its Use
Vercel Web Analytics
Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage. It processes information such as page paths, referrers, country, browser, operating system, device category and a short-lived request identifier. We use its statistics to understand general website traffic and diagnose website operation, not to track visitors across unrelated websites or apps.
Microsoft Clarity
Clarity is a website analytics service provided by Microsoft. It collects information about page views, clicks, taps, scrolling and other interactions, together with page content and layout information used to reconstruct a visit as a session replay. It also processes technical information such as device and browser characteristics and country. We use these records and heatmaps to identify confusing areas and improve our English landing page.
A session replay reconstructs interactions with the webpage. Our Clarity integration does not record activity inside the JUNROS app. With cookies disabled, Clarity treats each page view as a separate session rather than maintaining the same session across pages.
Clarity’s masking features obscure certain content in session replays. Masking does not mean that all collected information is anonymous or that every potentially personal detail is excluded.
Information collected by Clarity is sent to Microsoft. Microsoft handles personal data as an independent controller under the Clarity Terms of Use and Microsoft Privacy Statement, rather than solely as a processor acting on our instructions. Microsoft’s terms provide for its own uses, including improving its products and services and advertising-related uses. Microsoft documents that the denied advertising-storage setting prevents Clarity from sharing data with Microsoft Ads; we do not describe this setting as a guarantee against every independent use permitted under Microsoft’s terms.
Microsoft publishes different retention periods for different Clarity data. Its standard playback period is 30 days, while heatmap and click data and certain retained recordings can remain for up to nine months. These are Microsoft’s published service periods, not a promise by us that all information Microsoft receives is deleted after 30 days. See Clarity Data Retention and the Clarity FAQ.
3. External Links
Our website may link to Apple, support pages or other external sites. If you open an external site, that site’s cookies, technologies and privacy practices are governed by its own policies.
4. Choices and Privacy Signals
Blocking cookies does not by itself stop cookieless collection. Where consent is required by applicable law, we obtain it before activating the relevant collection. Continuing to browse is not a substitute for consent where an affirmative choice is required.
Microsoft directs people who wish to opt out of Clarity telemetry to the Digital Advertising Alliance’s WebChoices tool, where Microsoft can be selected. This is a Microsoft-provided opt-out route, not a promise that it blocks every form of data collection. Its effectiveness and scope depend on the tool, browser and device used. See Microsoft’s Clarity FAQ for details.
Microsoft states that Clarity does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals and that it supports Global Privacy Control. These are different signals. Our denied cookie-storage settings apply regardless of whether your browser sends either signal.
For questions or requests concerning information handled by us, contact info@coyoteandpowell.com. Applicable privacy rights are described in the JUNROS Privacy Policy. Microsoft’s Privacy Statement explains the choices and requests available for information it handles independently.
5. Changes
We update this Policy when our website analytics or use of cookies and similar technologies changes. Where applicable law requires consent for a new technology or use, we obtain it before activation. Changes to this Policy do not by themselves constitute your consent.
